From the moment I walked into Martin's home, I felt like he wanted me to be there to help me through my problems. He has the ability to make you feel in control of what it is you are trying to deal with, without forcing his opinions on you. It's more like a 2 way conversation discussing a small issue, and coming to a plan of how to work on it. I've only had a few sessions with Martin, but I am already making positive steps.

On my first session with Martin it was obvious he was a sincere and approachable man. My sessions have been very professional and my therapy has helped myself get a better understanding of who I am and what I want from my life. I look forward to my counselling sessions as it has developed my understanding of how counselling works in the real world - my world. Sessions are carried out in a friendly and safe environment, and should anyone want to visit a counsellor who can truly help look no further than Martin.

Reassuring, knowledgeable, calm and kind. I was so much better after my counselling with Lesley. I felt empowered and had regained some of my confidence. My anxiety was caused by an ongoing employment issue. Thank you Lesley.

Lesley was really easy to talk to, she helped me get through a really difficult time in my life. Lesley helped me to understand what I was going through. We talked a lot about my childhood, which I hadn't realised had caused me so much pain, I enjoyed our chats, and always felt at ease and comfortable when I was with Lesley.
