I found Amanda very easy to talk to, having tried a couple of therapists before, I instantly felt very comfortable with her compared to my past attempts. I felt Amanda really listened to me and allowed me to express myself without any judgement. Amanda helped me to open up and speak about very painful episodes in my life and enabled me to understand that it was ok to feel the way I did. She taught me ways/tools to deal with my anxieties and by talking through things, I have been able to move forward emotionally. If I ever needed therapy in the future, I would be contacting Amanda first.

She is so approachable and understanding. You don't feel self-conscious opening up and discussing the real issues that you're dealing with. She is incredibly insightful and knowledgeable, making connections regarding past issues that had never been addressed and dealt with in the past. By addressing those issues you're able to see things more clearly and tackle them with her expert advice. She gives you tools that really help to address certain things head on, whilst allowing you to work through things at a pace that suits you. I went to Pauline for a particular family issue and she was able to help me work through and address it within a few sessions. I carried on with the therapy as I found it so productive in improving my day to day life. I couldn't recommend Pauline more.

Pauline is very patient and caring, and has been a massive help to me through a difficult time in my life. The work we have done together has been invaluable, and I intend to keep my sessions going indefinitely. She is also very flexible which has been invaluable, as my work doesn't always allow me to commit to regular weekly sessions - without this I really would have struggled to keep going with my counselling long term.

She is great. I have attended only two sessions so far but she has helped me to see things differently and put the focus back on myself. I highly recommend her. It's so easy to talk too, she makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I don't have anything bad to say about her or the way she works at all!

I found my sessions with Pauline most helpful, with her sensitive and gentle ways of enabling me to clear some of the clutter in my mind, by talking through them. I had a number of different pressures on me when I started our sessions, and Pauline helped me to find perspective and to work on my solutions. There are still other things on my mind to deal with, and I will certainly contact Pauline to help me in the future.

Carol has really helped me. The structure of her communication is clear and easy to follow. The exercises we have run through together in the sessions, as well as the 'homework' she set me are simple but powerful and I've seen real progress with my OCD and anxiety. Carol is kind, open and leaves space for me to 'think out loud' and vocalise my feelings. She is a wonderful therapist and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Carol has helped me put my feelings into words, my fears, my lack of self worth and my depression, she has helped me to explore being a victim of crime/violence, my disability which occurred through that, I finally found a place that I could feel safe and a place to speak and to cry, I'm on the road to learning to manage my thoughts better.

Carol is extremely good at using lucid terms, to articulate what is happening to me. She offers practical and simple solutions that are easy to enact while I endeavour to work on how to move forward with life. I do not feel rushed to create change, however. Carol also has helped by creating a space where I do not feel like my problems are insurmountable, or idiotic.
