Carol has really helped me. The structure of her communication is clear and easy to follow. The exercises we have run through together in the sessions, as well as the 'homework' she set me are simple but powerful and I've seen real progress with my OCD and anxiety. Carol is kind, open and leaves space for me to 'think out loud' and vocalise my feelings. She is a wonderful therapist and I couldn't recommend her more highly.

She offers practical and simple solutions that are easy to enact while I endeavour to work on how to move forward with life. I do not feel rushed to create change, however. Carol also has helped by creating a space where I do not feel like my problems are insurmountable, or idiotic.
