CBT ReviewHaving been sent as a child into a family therapy unit, and subsequently sent to sessions when I developed M.E. my faith in counsellors was pretty fragmented. I wasn't sure what to expect. Its been nearly 6 months now and I feel like a weight has been taken from my mind. I probably couldn't offer the right words to qualify my appreciation of finally finding someone who can answer the questions I've carried with me. So very thankful.

It's so easy to talk too, she makes you feel comfortable from the very beginning. I don't have anything bad to say about her or the way she works at all!
