Malgorzata has been extremely warm and empathetic. I found it very easy to open up to her about difficult situations in my past. Without ever feeling judged. She uses a variety of methods, and is very flexible with how she approaches different issues. I have been dealing with Ocd since my childhood. After unpacking a lot of my fears and finding their origins with Malgorzata, I feel a lot emotionally healthier then ever before.

Malgorzata (Gosia) is very warm and empathetic. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with her and feel grateful for how easy she made it. She asked the right questions and helped guide me towards a deeper understanding of myself. Her style is quite flexible, in that it varies depending on what I wanted to cover. We did a lot of inner child work which involved recounting experiences and envisioning them. I feel I have come a long way in 16 sessions and would recommend Gosia to anyone on their healing journey. She is so approachable and understanding. You don't feel self-conscious opening up and discussing the real issues that you're dealing with. She is incredibly insightful and knowledgeable, making connections regarding past issues that had never been addressed and dealt with in the past. By addressing those issues you're able to see things more clearly and tackle them with her expert advice. She gives you tools that really help to address certain things head on, whilst allowing you to work through things at a pace that suits you. I went to Pauline for a particular family issue and she was able to help me work through and address it within a few sessions. I carried on with the therapy as I found it so productive in improving my day to day life. I couldn't recommend Pauline more.

Pauline is very patient and caring, and has been a massive help to me through a difficult time in my life. Carol has really helped me. The structure of her communication is clear and easy to follow. The exercises we have run through together in the sessions, as well as the 'homework' she set me are simple but powerful and I've seen real progress with my OCD and anxiety. Helen is friendly, approachable and non-judgmental. Despite this being my first experience of therapy, I felt comfortable throughout...no awkward moments. Helen has a good understanding of when to ask questions and when to allow the client to talk. She listens carefully to what is being said (as well as what was not being said)...her interventions were always pertinent and helped to move the discussion forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Helen Marsh to others looking for a therapist and would readily return for further sessions should the need arise.
